Who we are

Finca Futuro Verde is located, on a paved road, in the village of Rincon de Salas de Grecia, 20 minutes northwest of the airport in San José and 5 minutes from the Inter-American highway.

Located in a large and comfortable family home surrounded by more than two hectares of coffee cultivation and a half hectare lawn and garden with a variety of flowers, fruits and more than thirty types of trees, the residence Finca Futuro Verde has a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere.

Paved pathways facilitate residents’ access to these areas, including residents with wheelchairs.

In the garden you can find large aviary for the enjoyment of our residents with different species of birds, including green Amazon and African gray parrots, and an area for raising rabbits and chickens.

We have space in our home for six permanent residents, men and women, and for ten older adults who may wish to receive daily attention from our qualified, friendly and highly motivated staff.

The residents of Finca Futuro Verde have the opportunity to consult with a variety of healthcare professionals including a doctor, nutritionist, physiotherapist and nurse.

Residents also have the assistance of other professionals as needed such as a social worker, pedicurist, barber and beautician as well as the services of our regular cleaning and cooking personnel.

The propietors, who spend most of their time in the residence, are of Belgian origin and can communicate in Spanish, Dutch, French, English and German.
