The House
Previously a private home, the house has a large entrance area, a spacious living room, a dining area in a glassed-in rear terrace with a spectacular view of the mountains, a kitchen, and three double bedrooms, each with private bath.
These amenities allow the six permanent residents to consider this as their own home.
The house also has a patio where residents can receive physical therapy or simply sit and enjoy the view of the gardens.
A separate room for the doctor, nurse or social worker provides residents with the opportunity to have consultations in a private setting.

The bedrooms
The house has three large bedrooms.
All of the bedrooms are furnished with single beds made in Sarchi of local hardwoods, beside tables and comfortable chairs. Residents may bring small items with them to make their rooms feel more personal.

The bathrooms
Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom with toilet, lavatory and shower. All bathrooms are wheelchair accessible with railings and raised toilets for the residents convenience and safety.

The living room
The large living room is the center for all indoor activities and is furnished with comfortable chairs, bookcase with many books and magazines and a television with DVD player.
Telephone and internet access is available.

The back terrace
The area for serving meals is located in the back terrace. All of our meals are balanced and, if necessary, will be adjusted to conform to special diets of the residents.
In addition to receiving their meals, residents may use the space during the day to read, play table games, or simply relax and enjoy the panoramic view.
